Junior and Senior Infants had so much fun at the cafe this month. During role-play, the children got into character as either a customer, a waiter/waitress, a chef or the cafe manager. The customers had lovely manners and high expectations in the cafe while the staff practiced taking orders, preparing food and serving the customers. The experience was made all the more exciting when the children got to make and serve real food! It was very exciting!
We also had lots of fun building restaurants, making food using play dough and designing tasty menus.
